Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a pre-order. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases. You cannot cancel your order once completed. You can return it.

Returns & Refunds
We accept returns on our products if sizes are wrong or if the product is defected upon receipt. The Shipping costs are non-refundable, and refunds will be issued in the form of store credit.

Once you have placed your orders and completed payment on our website, we won’t be able to make changes on that order. To resolve the issue, you can return the items to correct the mistake or contact the courier directly for change of address.

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. 
If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a refund under the refund / return policy.
